We carry out the coating of our entire product range in-house. In our pre-treatment and powder coating area, the parts are degreased, phosphated and coated with a high-quality, scratch-resistant powder coating. The complete RAL colour palette is available for this.
Our highly modern ITW Gema plant processes large quantities with parts of up to 7 m in length and a weight of 500 kg. The automatic Power & Free conveyor system, fully automatic powder management and effective filter technology ensure efficient operation that protects your health and the environment.
