Annual shelf inspection
In order to ensure the safety of internal company procedures, operators of shelving units must carry out the actions required in the Industrial Safety Regulation (BetrSichV) and DIN EN 15635; this includes the regular inspection of the operating status and the rectification of defects. DIN EN 15635 differentiates between the weekly internal visual inspection and an annual external inspection by an external shelving inspector.

Brass provides an annual shelf inspection service, for all shelving units, regardless of the manufacturer. Our certified shelving inspectors check the shelves, document their condition and list any damage. With the final test report, you as a plant operator can prove that the shelf inspection has been carried.
